Check in desk so friendly and efficient. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms.
Liked all of it, but was a little pricey and doorman seemed very serious and not particularly friendly. Overall, these are minor items.

I felt very safe looked after and welcome in the hotel. Concierge helped me locate my purse which I left in a shop on my journey to Dublin. I totally appreciate the effort they went to locate purse, contact me to keep me informed, they went above and beyond.
I was sure when I booked that breakfast was included as that is such a beautiful start to my hotel experience. I was surprised to learn it was not included.

The hotel is in the st Stephen green district which os close to every places by walk and close to very good / classy restaurants. Rooms are very clean. Staff is nice
It is a big hotel mainly occupied by clients in business offsite. It can be really crowded and noisy specially at 7 am for the breakfast.. The breakfast is not the best I have in Ireland. Deluxe rooms are quite small even if they have a great terrace so they are quiet. Be aware the hotel is just face to the tram so pick a deluxe room and you ll have a terrace which is great.
