We requested a quiet room and this was facilitated for us. We had a gorgeous room and the beds were so comfy, service in the bar and reception was amazing - we cannot wait to go back
Nothing - it was just super. Nothing to improve - really lovely

Excellent location. Room very comfortable. Breakfast lovely
Residents bar was closed at 1130 when we returned. A few disappointed customers! Plus we couldn’t get in the front door for a few minutes. Both were due to not enough staff working at that time. However, staffing was very good at all other times

Staff were very friendly, food and breakfast were lovely
We paid a premium price for the room in September and we were looking forward to staying at the hotel for business. The first room we got had a large loud air conditioning unit on the floor which took up alot of space in an already cramped room . We asked to move rooms and were accommodated straight away. The second room we were given had only cold water in the shower that didn’t heat up even with numerous attempts . I emailed the manager about the problems with our rooms but never heard back..
