Cleanliness.
Early closure of outside relaxing area. Room service meals are not very good and they are delivered VERY late. I lost 50 euros because of a meal that was delivered too late for us to use it.

The property was very well maintained it was very clean the staff was very informative a very helpful

Friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable, and easily accessible entrances
Keys only lasted 24hrs and had to be replaced, stayed 2 nights and never replenished coffee and biscuits, only little things but considering the price of stay, disappointing

Property was lovely inside and staff were great
Was a problem with shower, flooded the bathroom and had to spend a while cleaning it up, breakfast was ok there wasn’t any bowls or glasses and had to ask for a glass a lot of food was gone at 9:45 which was weird
