The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful regarding transportation, restaurants and places to visit in Dublin. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is fabulous!
The entry sitting room needs an update for guests to gather comfortably.?

Location close to the ferry but not to far from city centre. Nice and spacious room for a family with dog. Pub with a very good gastronomic offer and great with the Quiz Night.

Great location with buses straight into town nearby in lovely village of Rathmines.
Great coffee and fresh water in foyer.
Nice quirky layout as old building. Parking at no extra cost. Spotless.
Breakfast was like something from Fawlty Towers. Really poor system with no one managing it. Waited 1/2 hour for food which was over cooked. One person served a part at a time. No fresh fruit salad. Tinned fruit in syrup and whole fruit only. Very disappointing choice. I stayed here some years back and the breakfast was excellent so I was really looking forward to it again. Must be change of ownership. Not one Irish person seen working there now and standards are reduced since before.
