Rooms spacious and clean. Complimentary water in the fridge.
Breakfast plentiful and delicious. The waiters and waitresses at breakfast time were outstanding!!!
Concierge greeting lovely and pleasant.
Popped my head in the bar and saw how beautiful it looked although we never had a drink in there.
Would recommend to family and friends to stay here.
Would like to return one day xxx

The breakfast was excellent. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee bar and restaurant looked good. The room was spacious. Various bus stops close to hotel. Town center was walkable, 30 minutes.
The bed was Not good. Mattress was an issue. Very uncomfortable.

Tea was lovely & hot, nicely brewed. Staff were friendly & helpful. There was plenty of choice of food available.
Mushrooms were not hot or cooked enough for my liking & I didn't like the particular seasoning.
