The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The overall feel was the hotel looked a little run down and could do with some refurbishment especially for the price I paid. Scratches and dents on the doors, damage to the walls, marks on the floor and my bed covers had two mouldy staines on them, the overall decor was a little aged. For £500 a night room I would expect high quality finishing, compared to other hotels Ive stayed in for that price this one comes pretty low on the list.

The rooms and staff were brilliant. They really looked after us and our children beautifully.
The access to the rooftop bar was limited, but the staff were helpful where they could be to accommodate.
