Location was fantastic as I was staying in the city for a concert at the 3arena. The room was lovely and clean, and had all the facilities I needed for the night. I also really appreciated being able to check in and out online

The best I can say about it is that the location is very convenient for the 3Arena and it's clean.
The hotel was fine, nothing special but fine. The two big issues I had were that the beds (mattresses) and pillows were hard and quite uncomfortable, and the restaurant was really disappointing. We arrived on Saturday evening and ate at the hotel restaurant - it's a massive space but was virtually empty. Despite being very quiet, the service was completely inattentive, we sat without a drink for ages, no-one came to take our plates when we finished our main courses, or offer a dessert, or another drink, and the food wasn't anywhere near good enough not to care about the lack of service. We were given a hard-sell on purchasing the breakfast package when we checked in at reception and after the dinner experience we were very glad not to have purchased breakfast (there are a number of great options very nearby).
