Loved the stay, will definitely book again
The rooms were very clean and stylish, the bed was very comfortable. There’s a coffee machine in the room, some water, so it was nice to have coffee in the morning. Also, the train station is very close to the hotel.
The room was very small, but it’s not really a minus, I guess it’s like that everywhere. Nevertheless, the bathroom was pretty big.

It was good and the young lady who manages the place is an excellent AMBASSADOR for the place.
The room size was perfect and I like the new bathrooms.
They need to do a spring cleaning or remove the carpets because they keep dust and breathing was a bit of an issue. I had a mask on and the kind manager sprayed the room to freshen it.

we had a nice and comfortable stay
The beds were very comfortable, the location was very good, there was a DART station just 2 minutes away from the hotel, some cafes were also nearby and the hostess was very friendly. Also, check in and out was very flexible.
you had to schedule a room cleaning but we didn’t mind and there was no toilet brush available since it was broken sadly

Depressing, mouldy, cold
Convenient location, comfortable bed.
No-one sent me the codes to get into the hotel or my room until I called after 5.30pm. The call was confusing and it seemed like the person who answered was working for a number of different hotels. I was concerned that I might not be able to get into the hotel, because it's not staffed and no-one had replied to my message four hours earlier. When I arrived, the room smelled damp and there was loud road noise. I messaged the hotel to ask if all the rooms were booked and if I could swap. They replied saying that wasn't possible, but someone would come round, to which I said no thanks. Someone appeared anyway who didn't seem very professional or like a member of staff; it was unclear what his relationship was to the hotel and I felt a bit uncomfortable. He wanted to use an air spray and I had to ask him a few times not to do it, because they're harmful to breathe in and I would have had to open the window. Besides, air spray just masks the smell of damp, it doesn't do anything about it. I wanted to shower, but didn't feel comfortable doing this at night because my window was next to the road, without a curtain (though there was a sticker to make the window partly opaque). The room was cold and I couldn't get the air con/heater to work, though luckily there was an electric heater. There was black mould around the window in the room and bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, and a moth flying around. The glass on the desk was smashed and there were yellow marks where the toilet brush holder had been in different places. I was woken up early by traffic and the cold. The shower wouldn't get warm and the temperature kept changing. I couldn't get the coffee maker to work and when I drank from one of the glasses there was a horrible tang (possibly stale beer?), so I think it can't have been cleaned properly. I was disgusted by that, but at least there were bottles of water. A bit grim.
