I loved everything about my stay. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, the townhouse is lovely, and the location is excellent.
Unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Although it was very large, it was actually made up of two single beds pushed together, which created an uncomfortable dip in the middle.

Good location. Attentive staff
I booked a premium room which was shown as having a 4 poster bed and more space. Our room did not meet these standards. The hotel was fully booked so no point asking for a better room. Should i be eligible for a rebate based on the room not meeting expectations?
