Wonderful short stay.
Convenient location to the embassy and stadium. Quaint and functional rooms. Clean and the tea/coffee/ kettle facilities of good quality. Breakfast was scrumptious held in a light infused conservatory. Bathroom was small and hard to move inside.
Bathroom very tight. Hard to get out of shower.

Great stay!
Complimentary coffee and tea and the sitting room. Nice size of rooms however our room had a double bed and a twin bed, and the double bed was pushed right up against the wall making it very difficult to get out of bed. .Breakfast had lots of made to order options. The staff at the B&B were exceptional! Nice quiet location.
The bathroom was very tiny and hard to maneuver once inside. Tile on the bathroom floor was broken and missing grout, making it a hazard to cut your foot on.

I recommend
Everything:). The breakfast was sufficient and the staff was helpful and patient. DART station was a 5 minutes walk away.
There was a small problem with flushing the toilet.

Great staff and location! Everything we needed was within reach!
Great staff! Loved the front desk staffed 24-hours a day. Breakfast was very good and in a bright atmosphere. The location was also very good - about a mile walk to the city center and a DART train station was just down the street ... about 300 feet. Good pubs and restaurants were about a 5-minute walk in either direction, as was a well-stocked convenience store.
I wish the room would have had a fan or someway to circulate the air ... on a sunny day the room could get fairly warm. I also wish the room had more places to place things. However, everything worked fine and I would stay there again!

Beautiful Georgian Town House with easy access to a Dart Station, Aviva Stadium and city centre.
Ariel House is a lovely Georgian building, modernised but keeping many of it's original features, lovely lounge, dining room and bedrooms. Very small car park, although cheap parking on the road except when there is a match or concert on at the stadium, when the cones are out. We were lucky and managed to get space in the car park on the second day. The property is very close to a Dart Station with good access to the city centre and further out towards Blackrock and Bray. It was almost next to the Aviva Stadium, so great location if visiting there. Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance of Lansdowne Road. Dublin is lovely and easily accessible by the Dart or buses. It is very expensive, although lots of lovely parks, museums and free entertainment if the weather is good - definitely need to plan your days to make the most of your time (and money). Great vibes on Grafton St with designer shops, street market and independent shops all mixed together. For a good night out I highly recommend a night at the greyhound racing where we had an amazing meal with the pre-booked tickets. It was the best meal we had in Dublin and great value, with great views of the track, table service and table bets which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable evening, even though we lost most of the races. The young staff were amazing and very attentive but not intrusive.

A very good ‘experience’ on our first visit to Dublin.
Breakfast was good with a wide choice. The room was spacious with good storage for our clothes. Location was excellent, just a 100 metres to the Dart station.
