Very warm - did have fans in room. Breakfast food left uncovered and flies in room. Wasn’t traditional wasn’t able to eat more than the toast due to flies

The breakfast was excellent.
Location was perfect - walking distance to major attractions and restaurants, pubs, shopping. Very peaceful location in the elegant Georgian quarter and a few minutes’ walk from beautiful St Stephen’s Park. Also close to a tram stop and the stop for the airport express coach.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
A beautiful hotel and our room was very spacious and comfortable.
Bathroom was tiny and the shower knob wasn’t consistent.

Great staff - beautiful building
Overall Tired.. hot room with 1 cheap stand alone noisy fan - no safe, no bar fridge, no water jug in room, no hair conditioner (only shampoo supplied - even when requested) shower drain blocked (was fixed after notifying staff) issues with key card unlocking door (staff quick to assist with access to room) issues we shouldn’t have had to deal with given the price
