When we arrived after a long flight from California we were greeted by the news that our room had been upgraded to the staff's favorite suite. It was a wonderful room with an enormous bathroom--marble with shower and extra large soaking tub. The bed and pillows were perfect.
Our first night we dined at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. It was delicious.
Breakfast was also delicious.
The staff were all very warm and friendly. All in all a wonderful stay.

Great location in Dublin just minutes to grafton street and right across the green. Staff was lovely, the restaurants were both excellent and the rooms are spacious and cute. Would stay here again!

Great location. Room was clean. Friendly staff. I stayed in room 33 so many stairs to climb with luggage (no lift to top floors). Definitely a room for hand luggage only so might be worth paying extra for larger room if two people staying a couple of nights. Breakfast good. Tip: Wine bar below (Cellar 22).
