The sound proofing.
My partner and I love it. My partner referred to the appartment as like those fond in Holland, Amsterdam.

The location is pretty central and convenient. Breakfast, for a continental breakfast, was okay but not particularly outstanding (the baked goods were all packaged / a little stale).
We had booked a double room and had been placed in a room with such a small bed that could not be shared. We were then given a room with two separate beds but iin the basement, quite musty and with a smelly and extremely small bathroom.
