The lift was out of order but there was an option to be taken to one of their other hotels 5 mins away

Location was great. Easy walk to Trinity college, Stephen's park, and many pubs and restaurants. Nice to have a guest laundry on site (although only 1 washer and 1 dryer).
Female staff were quite unfriendly. Rooms are small and have little to no storage or hanging space. Although I had booked a 4 night stay, I was not given any leeway when we arrived early (to return a rental car). The additional fee was not substantial but it was annoying to have no accommodations offered.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a lot of storage space for a small unit. Huge space under the bed for oversized luggage. We used the kitchenette for breakfast. Loved that there was washer and dryer. If we needed any extra towels or toilet paper, staff provided it for us.
The bed is against the wall. It would be great for one person! It’s just too small for 2 older people trying to get out of the bed in the middle of the night. It’s hard to move around in the unit. It’s smaller than a standard hotel room.
