Location & facilities
My only slight negative was that it was an unmanned facility (which is fine) but the contact details I had on my confirmation email didn;t work. When I called the only number I had it said that is was not a correct number. I spent 10 minutes on arrival standing outside hoping someone would contact me with a code for the door etc. A lovely lady did call me at 3pm and was very helpful but it would have been better if I had been sent the codes & instructions in advance even if on the understanding that access may not be possible until 3pm. I had worried that I wasn't going to get in and been "sold a pup". Not listed as a booking in my Booking.com app which also concerned me. But once I got the codes it was perfect.

Mattress needs replaced. Toilet seat needs fixing along with flush mechancism

Good location for what I needed
Was sharing a room with my work colleague. I was very shocked when we needed to use the bathroom there was no toilet door, doors were removed
