The staff were so friendly, and we were given a lovely spacious room.
The stairs on the way down to our room had a rather musty smell.

Good area, close to a couple of decent cafes for breakfast. A straight forward walk to St Stephen's Green and the centre for shopping.
The shower in the twin room was over the bath with limited pressure or hot water. So if you're happy with a luke warm shower, that's ok.

Breakfast in the Iveagh Hotel nearby was very good.
Location is the single best thing about this hotel, very close/walking distance to the city centre.
The noise at night time was a big issue. After the first night I asked to me moved from my front facing room to the back of the hotel and it was arranged. That was much better.
