Location and friendliness of staff.
Paddy is a treasure!
Overpriced for a hotel offering poor access facilities to most bedrooms.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Hotel and rooms clean.
Excellent location for sightseeing in city centre.
Friendly staff
Room quite cold - radiator only luke warm (even though dial turned to full on)
Rooms (we had a second room for rest of family) were quite drab.

Staff, location and look of hotel and beautifully decorated.
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
The only thing this place has going for it is the location.
The hotel was pretty old. The entry rugs were very dirty. The room we were given had a musty smell. The breakfast was not good at all. The pancakes were not cooked and the omelet was very dry and overcooked.
