Limited shower facilities. Would have liked proper shower gel, not the rather industrial impersonal stuff

The staff were very nice.
The hotel is clean.
Overpriced.
Rock hard pillows and mattress. I couldn't sleep and felt tired during the day and had back and neck pain.
The first room we had was nice but the air-conditioning broke and we were moved to a smaller room which was apparently the same price.
We stayed 4 nights and there wasn't room for our luggage and hardly any space to unpack.
The photos on the website do not reflect all rooms.
Probably more suitable if you only stay one night and don't have 45kgs of luggage. We travelled from Australia.
