Impressive hotel in a fantastic location.

Breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from. Shower pressure was amazing and bed was Devine! Must say - I’m fussy with pillows and yours were great!

Shower cubicle was too small making it difficult. Access cards failed 3 times in two days.

For hot water you had to let the shower run for at least 15 minutes and one evening we gave up after 20 minutes Staircase inside room from entrance to sleeping area, not a problem for us, but maybe for other people Room was big, but only one window in the corner of room, so a bit dark not the best value for money

Beautiful lobby and spacious room

Old charm decor and a beautiful lobby. I was able to get to my room at 2 pm, earlier than the norm. The room was furnished with an iron, a tea kettle, and two bottles of water. The plugs are UK-standard plug type and there were many wall plugs.

Room temperature is controlled centrally so there is no thermostat in the room. It was cold in the afternoon and early evening but it was fine by bedtime. There is no air conditioning in the room but I did not need this in October.

Great Location, Close to everything

Location. The hotel is convenient to all the city's prime tourist destinations. Many restaurants to choose from. Staff were friendly and nice. Special mentioned to Brandon, he's always polite and helpful whenever we call front desk for help.

The air vent in our room was very noisy, it runs pretty much the whole night, luckily, we're exhausted coming back from day tours that we're knocked out at night time. The elevator was iffy, you need to insert your card several times before it works going up and down. We had to request thru the front desk and phone calls to request for coffee, sugar, milk, bathroom tissue, and etc. as the housekeeping won't replenished them, even if you requested for the room to be cleaned. The first day we Checked-in, the shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and lotion bottle attached to the walls were empty, we had to call for assistance to refill them.

After room issue resolved, it was a lovely stay. The rest of the staff were very helpful.

historic and beautifully maintained. Rooms clean, beds comfortable,

reception clerk wasn’t very helpful. First didn’t give us directions to our room, ended up in the wrong section of the hotel. once reoriented went to a already occupied room. Disappointing especially since we had been traveling all day and were tired. no compensation offered despite inconvenience.

Great location for exploring Dublin Great breakfast and good reception and concierge service. Nice room even though the view was really bad.

Room makeover service to be reviewed (on the second day the wet bathrobes were folded and placed in the wardrobe and the vanity set was not integrated)
