From the day of arrival in fact a day before Lisa & Keith messaged and then on the day we were given an upgrade to our reservation. We did book Friday to Sunday but the train lines being like they are decided to do works and the trip back to London became 5 hours so we booked a hotel elsewhere as The Roundhouse said full but my wife spoke with Keith and asked if possible we could extend for one night extra and without blinking Keith said yes. That was the start the room and views are just beyond perfect. The Breakfast in the morning is unbelievable. You have tea and coffee supplied fresh milk, Lisa and Keith have not missed a thing and the 3 days we have had have been wonderful. Also the beds are so comfy. Just absolutely wonderful. Cannot thank Lisa and Keith enough. What a beautiful place they have.

Fabulous location with views from the bedroom of both the beach and quayside. Spacious room, with comfy bed and well equipped. Plenty of complimentary tea and coffee and real, not UHT, milk. Thank you Keith and Lisa.
Nothing to dislike
