Very close to the station. The room had a great view to the river. Also, there were 2 windows not one, so a lot of light. The AC is integrated in the building and blows air via an opening in the wall, not a standard indoor unit like we have at home, and has a "low" setting which is good, you can sleep with it turned on without having freezing air blown to your face. The room has a reasonably large desk with some drawers so we had enough storage space. There is a kettle and a receded space for hanging clothes. The bathroom is very small but well equipped, including a tub and a Toto Washlet Toilet+Bidet, which is a fantastic invention I haven't seen anywhere in Europe. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't rate it. There also were lots of restaurants and "kombinis" (24h convenience stores) in the area. One Family Mart was right next door.
The room was a bit small but this seems to be the standard in Japan. It matches the photos on the site, so no surprises there. The TV is very small, but this is not an issue for us, we don't typically use it while travelling.

Staff were helpful. Also the location is good, view is very nice. Breakfast is tasty.
The room felt old and not very clean. Bathroom also feels old and unclean. At one point our towels and slippers (provided by the hotel) were taken and we had to go fetch replacements from the lobby.
