A very comfortable hotel just an easy 15 walk to the Peace Park. Very easy check in/out. The room was a good size with complimentary pyjamas, slippers and water. A very comfortable bed and a good hot shower. A 7/11 is right next door and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location was great, only a few stops from the Shinkansen station by tram, yet very close to the city center. The staff were friendly. Our luggage was stored in a secure place after check-out. The room was quiet. There is a 7eleven in the building of the hotel.
The room was small; okay for a single night, but potentially uncomfortable for a longer stay.

The room was clean and new.
Room ultra small. Staff polite but not willing to change any rules, We wanted to book in early, most times they will ring you when your room is ready but they refused to do so. Also we wanted to book out at 12 and they refused that as well.
