- Amazing SPA area, has options for both nude and non-nude relaxation
- Great food, amazing kitchen!
- Nice programs, bar is always stocked
- Right in the middle of the Austrian Alps, just a perfect getaway from the world
- Sometimes the staff feels a bit disorganised, especially around dinnertime
- Some staff members are just a bit rude
- We have been here many times, but last time we have gotten a smaller and not as nice room as our other family members. Same rate, same room naming. This was disappointing.

The SPA is awesome, not crowded, sooo many options.
They give free entereence to nearby expensive attractions like Swarovski and Innsbruck view point. All inclusive and delicious food and great cocktails and drinks.
Some rooms have no air conditioning and smaller than pictures, we had to insist on the exact one
All inclusive is limited to certain hours for alcoholic drinks

The staff, food (lunch and dinner) and gym were very good. The rooms are comfortable.
The hotel is not as luxurious as its name suggests. It lacks the refinement and high standards one would expect.
The spa is good but nothing exceptional. The saunas felt more like warm rooms, and the outdoor pools were a bit too cold. From a hygiene point of view, it would be better to have a clear distinction between barefoot and slipper areas.
