Water View - Pool & Spa - 3.5 miles to Disney - WiFi - BBQ Luxurious Tropical Living Vacation Home. Location: Indian Creek, Kissimmee, Central-Disney, Orlando Area, Florida, USA (Just 3 Miles to Disney World, 25 miles from Orlando International Airport.) Accommodations: House, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (Sleeps 8) Orlando Tropical Villa is a tastefully decorated, elegant tropical easy living home, located in the family friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek, Kissimmee. This outstanding vacation home is located within 3 miles of Disney Properties. Our sensational 1800 square foot home has 2 Master Suites plus 2 additional bedrooms, making it an ideal setting for 2 families or an extended family vacation. One Master Suite has a King bed and a private bath with access to the pool area through beautiful French Doors. The Second Master Suite has a Queen bed with its own private bath. The other two well sized bdrms each have twin beds and share a full bath. The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal to serve in your formal dining room. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with a SMART TV (including NETFLIX) so that you can relax & chill out after your day of touring or visiting the multitude of world renowned attractions and recreational venues located in the Orlando area. From the living room you can access the covered Lanai through French doors and retreat to your idyllic oasis. Enjoy the private heated pool and spa (heating is an additional fee, see below), while sipping drinks and eating hot dogs and hamburgers prepared on your gas BBQ. (Free of charge) Lanai furniture includes a dining table with six chairs plus 3 chaise lounges to view magnificent Florida sunsets. Tropical villa is the ideal vacation destination whether you wish to entertain and amuse your family members, or simply relax and bask in the Florida sunshine. • Free high speed internet access plus extended cable channels & Netflix • All pool access doors have child safety alarms, and pool has child safety fencing. • Separate laundry room with a large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. • Indoor game room with regulation size slate pool table by Brunswick and a foosball table. For additional safety, there are some cameras around our house but none of them are pointing to private areas such as pool or lanai to protect guests privacy. Pool and Spa Heating is optional. Pool and Spa Heating is an additional fee of $25 per night plus taxes. Spa Heating only is $15 per night plus taxes. Pool Heating is recommended from October to April.

We came to Orlando for Christmas Vacation. The house and all that it offers helped to ensure our vacay was a success! The property owner was very helpful and prompt to respond. Upon arrival the house was very clean. All of the details are listed for you in a binder in the house. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and about the owner! To put it into perspective, while unpacking when I returned home to Canada I pulled out a shirt that I hadn’t had time to launder and it smelled like this place, our home away from home and I cried. The fresh clean scent of the home with a hint of pool water smell is something I didn’t know I would miss. My family cried as we pulled out of the driveway on our last day after check out. The owner is the absolute best host. It had everything you could ever need or want and more! I cannot wait to go back. You be silly to stay anywhere else.

The house was a huge house and in a great location to restaurants and Wal-Mart. We were so close to the highways and the theme parks. We were so busy throughout our stay that we only used the pool maybe 2x but it was nice to have it available. The contact available with the host was great as well.

Sylvie’s villa was an absolutely wonderful place for our family of six to spend our vacation! The home itself is exactly as described; clean, spacious, and comfortable. We spent long days at Disney, the beach, and Sea World and we all loved coming “home” to recharge.

We were totally blown away with this rental! This was our first time renting a vacation home for our trip to Disney and we were not disappointed!! We stayed 8 nights, there is so much space, extremely clean, and the pool and hot tub were icing on the cake! We loved it and will definitely return, hopefully for an even longer stay next time!

Close proximity to groceries etc. We enjoyed the games room, even had a pool tournament! Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor area. There were 7 of us, 3 generations and everyone was happy. A house is the way to go and for us, this house was perfect!!

This house was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day at the parks! It was clean, well stocked and great WiFi! The power plugs not only had standard plug ins, they had USB ports and if you’re like me you never have a block!! Communication was wonderful, the check in and out process was so easy! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week, during our Disney vacation. Very close to the parks. Walmart was close as well, on the way home from the parks which was convenient. The house was clean, had a nice layout with the bedrooms spaced out well. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool which was lovely after a long day on our feet. A few things to note: the back patio is noisy during rush hour, we didn't realize how close it was to the highway. The hot tub only gets to 100°, and while we still used it (& enjoyed it) it would've been nice if it were a little hotter. You will definitely need to hit the store for the basics, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, paper towel. For our family this house worked well.

Stay was adequate
There wasn't anything wrong with the place it was ok - adequate - nothing spectacular. Very outdated decor and odd pictures in the property. The mattresses and furniture are old and uncomfortable. The bedding and towels are definitely on their last legs. The kitchen chairs had no padding - you were sitting on metal. The dining room table and chairs are covered in plastic and uncomfortable. The other issue I had was with the paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags provided. Terrible, scratchy toilet paper and paper towels - we had to go to the store and buy our own - AND only 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 4 people for 7 days. We were also only provided 1 trash bag - that is insufficient for 4 people for 7 days. I chose not to buy trash bags since I would have had to leave some behind and I was just not willing to leave anything behind with the bare essentials we were provided. Again, it was adequate - we made due - but definitely would not stay here again.
