It’s just far away from all the nightlife in the town but near enough for when you want.
It’s extremely clean and well run, rooms cleaned every day

Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast, very substantial.
The lady owner was very friendly.
About 10 minutes walk to Carrick which has an excellent array of bars and restaurants.
The rooms were a little dated but I didn't see this as being an issue
