Comfortable room and an excellent breakfast, very substantial.
The lady owner was very friendly.
About 10 minutes walk to Carrick which has an excellent array of bars and restaurants.
The rooms were a little dated but I didn't see this as being an issue

Excellent facilities very close to the town staff very friendly very clean comfortable beds I was very impressed with the place and would definitely recommend it. the perfect place to stay.tea and coffee available in the rooms and a couple of biscuits and a beautiful breakfast in the morning.. Thank you very much and I will be back again in the future
