Demasiado ruido de niños chillando, a todas horas y en todo momento, en los apartamentos se oye todo de cada apartamento contiguo, mucha gente gritando y maleducada en las terrazas y sitios comunes, niños corriendo que resuena en todos los apartamentos, incluso cuando hacen la limpieza del apartamento de al lado se oye muebles corriendo, arrastrando etc. en realidad es difícil de descansar y desconectar. A parte huele fuerte por el respiradero de la ducha que huele a aguas fecales constantemente y por el extractor de la cocina se cuela el olor del piso de abajo, olores muy fuertes a ajo, a fritos, era llegar al apartamento y oler horrores y tener que ventilar. Nada recomendable para lo que vale.
