Loved the repurposing of the Mayfield Plaza into motel rooms - ingenious. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, bathroom is huge!. Had everything you needed, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery. Comfy armchair, table and chairs made it feel like home. I have never seen a mini bar with prices as reasonable as yours. Having a huge variety of food places right underneath and a Coles opposite, once you park, you don't need to leave - everything is less than a 3 minute walk. The 6 on Russell Street bakery underneath is a must for breakfast. Loved the ocean views from our bedroom. Will absolutely stay there again if we get the opportunity.
The carpark is a little bit tight, but definitely doable. Charging ports beside the beds would be a great addition.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Acoustically very challenging-no traffic noise but Everytime someone was outside the noise was horrendously amplified by the bizarre architecture. There was washing up liquid and tea towel provided, along with a note to wash any used dishes, but no sink in the kitchenette. Washing dishes a metre from the toilet in a bathroom sink was wildly inappropriate and made me wonder how well things had been cleaned by the previous occupants!
