Mr Good Guys down stairs.
It was really hot and stuffy in our room despite putting the coldest temperature possible on and closing the blinds as soon as we arrived. The elevators were really slow and almost made me late for a very important surgery that I had travelled for and some of the guests in the pool area (just being crude, yelling and being inappropriate). They seemed under the influence of something and other guest we had spoken to said they had also made them uncomfortable so we left the pool area, so did others. We had stayed at the Hotel before and had a really great time and chose to stay here again but will probably give it a miss if we had to come and stay again.
