The customer satisfaction is the main priority of the hotel and the staff, by addressing all customers professionally, when they enter the hotel and trying the best to fulfill customer's needs.
One regrettable incident occurred when the receptionist addressed the staff unprofessionally, in front of the customer, in which this case shouldn't happen.

Lovely room, comfortable size.

We had a very spacious apartment with a balcony and nice views over the city. There was a good size kitchen and dining and lounge area. The bar downstairs had a happy hour and tasty bar snacks. It was conveniently located and the parking was on site which was great. We only stayed one night but wished it had been longer.
