The location. Right in the middle of Hobart. Main attractions are only walkable distances away.
No lift. You have to walk up 2 levels of stairs.

I’ve stayed here before and always liked it. Relaxed and friendly. Clean shared bathroom never had to wait, life hot shower.
This stay my room was street facing and the street noise is very loud with a lot of homeless people shouting into the night and cars revving. There are double windows which work but then there is no air and the room was really smelly like stale old cigarettes or dirty socks (it’s definitely non smoking so don’t know why) so not good closed up. Bed wasn’t very comfortable…blanket itchy and rough. It just felt generally unpleasant unfortunately.
