- Sauna is very nicely renovated
- Reception constantly unmanned or undermanned. Check-in, Check-Out, getting a drink, or trying to reserve an activity; constant waiting.
- Hotel called us and told us the price we reserved the room for was wrong, we would be charged 80€ extra for one night. When we said we would book through booking instead we got told that the price was fake and we would be charged more. of course this wasn’t true.
- Rooms are dusty and old. The shower was “fixed”, so it had sharp exposed parts at eye level.
