Had a very good rest for a week in Levi

Quiet, warm, comfortable apartment perfectly equipped including private sauna. Located 10 minutes walking to ski lifts (Zero Point). Good breakfast

There were difficulties to find an apartment and get a key. Not very good communication with hosts.

A very poor experience where the property demonstrated terrible customer service and responsiveness.

It was a central location close to Levi village and opposite the supermarket.

Overall, the lack of customer service and responsiveness and not providing the services that were supposed to be included, was poor and it significantly influenced my enjoyment. Free WIFI was meant to be included in the property but the router was broken and I needed it for my work. After letting the property know about the issue I was fobbed off and told to contact "maintenance" - who failed to answer my emails and phone calls. It took 3.5 days of follow up (so half the stay) and I ended up missing scheduled meetings, to finally get the router. The included breakfast was also poor. There was little choice in hot food, and half the days there was no egg. The coffee was also undrinkable. The breakfast was in a Thai restaurant (of all places) where the restaurant employees didn't speak English (or Finnish for that matter), there toddler was running around the tables, and much of the time they were loudly video chatting - all of which made it difficult to have a quiet breakfast.

Okey for a very short stay. Towel and linen cost extra

Breakfast was at another building, was a small room in a tiny restaurant. Tables was not clean, cold and dry breakfast with very few options. Did ask for a warm apartment but it was not warm. We did try adjust the heated floor, but it only worked at night at a time we don't need it warm. WiFi password did not work. Hist was suposed to send some one to help out with the issues. But no one did show up. Very small apartment, with minimum equipment. Bit to far from centrum

Exceptional

the sauna was really nice after skiing. short walk to the ski lift. grocery store right across the street was very convenient. very comfortable stay.

had to bring own linens and towel but considering the price, this was worth it.

convenient location but a big disappointment

location was good and the sauna.

it was really worn out and seen better days. I am surprised no-one thought to give it a lick of paint during pandemic closures. The curtains were partly hanging and even the clock in the place needed a battery to be bought! advert mentioned a sofa (instead there was a chair) and a free WiFi. the WiFi was a pre-pay thing which was not loaded. I queried about this and the solution given was to try to use neighbours WiFi (which was not on) or go to a different hotel. that really was a let down. We had to pay for the internet in the end. most TV channels did not work either.

cheapest in the area. everything seems like in the pictures

service need a lot of improvement. or may be they should hire more staff. I can undertsnad if they don't reply message straight away if they have a receptionist in the lobby. but they don't have. i was asking about lugage storage (which is a common thing in accomodation) in the morning before check out, but no response at all. seems my message end up on deft ear

if you are budget conscious and not concerned of a 5 mins walk to centre village .

basic no nonsense extra space . studio room . liked the sauna in studio

I was asked to let maintainable in which was asked for a time to let them in and they never showed up. then the day prior to me leaving I was in bed and cleaners came in. I had 5 days earlier added an extra night but regardless, they still came at 8.40am . checkout on any day is midday

Apartment was cleaned poorly, there was dust, loose and stained dirt in many places and sauna floor looked like it had never been cleaned during the season. We could not use sauna until cleaners arrived to give it a proper chloride- treatment the following day

Nice place to stay for week of ski holidays

Cozy and comfortable studio with sauna and all the facilities needed for living

There was no hot water in the shower

Great small apartment, with everything included -- even a sauna!

Great comfortable, budget-friendly room with everything included, even a sauna and kitchen and parking. And closeby to the shops and ski hills. Very good.

It was difficult to find the actual apartment. House numbering on the site is cumbersome.

The LeviService as service company was excellent! Without them I havent been able to organize the accomodation. He could fix and correct all the missing answers and failed actions by the owners and owners' contact people. THANKS A LOT LAURI

The Host company Lavi Star didn't answer my calls. I called at least 20 times before our visit . Three times they answered but didn't have time to talk. They promised to call me back but haven't ever done it. The service company I found by my own inspection. The information on host company confirmation was different and not valid! HOW CAN BOOKING.COM KEEP THIS KIND OF HOST COMPANY ON THEIR LIST? HOW CAN I TRUST BOOKING.COM VALUATIONS IN THE FUTURE?!
