Booked super last minute. Arrived at 15hrs but the room was not ready. They made me feel super comfortable, gave me access to the pool to relax and the outside area. Once it was ready they sent me a text which was super helpful. They also put a rush to have my room done first so i could relax.
The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful with all my questions. The room was AMAZING, i was over the moon with everything, had a jacuzzi bath which i really enjoyed after a long drive. Best value for money. Would absolutely go again.

We had a suite with a sitting room, bathroom and separate bedroom. It had a large patio with seating overlooking the carpark. Came with a mini fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. It was very clean. The place is close to Evora which made exploring the city very easy. There was a bar open in the evenings on site and a supermarket a couple of hundred metres away. Breakfast was included with a good selection of food available.

Room was very nice and receptionist was helpful in changing our room to one on the ground floor as my friend has difficulty climbing stairs and there was no elevator.
Hotel was further from city centre than advertised and the bar was closed. Restaurant was only open for breakfast.
