From our arrival to Berjaya Hotel Makati, the bell hops ,front desk, wait and dining staff were all kind, courteous, and hospitable. The Berjaya Hotel Staff were all wonderful in their efforts to make our stay at Berjaya Hotel and visit to the Philippines a pleasant and memorable experience for us to enjoy and remember. The friendly, calm, and pleasant demeanor of employee Mark Aaron Tendido is a true representation of the Mabuhay hospitality and welcoming spirit of the Filipino people. With humility and gratitude for a great hotel accommodation experience.
That the Main Dining area on the second level is only open for breakfast. Evening dining is confined to the small space on the ground level which is at times overcrowded with human traffic. Such set-up encourages dining outside the facility.

I enjoy staying here because of its central location to everything band closeness to the airport and BGC
I really didn’t enjoy the breakfast it was very basic and bland for Filipino food. Also it would have helped if the food was kept in working heating trays I’d was Luke warm at best I rather eat somewhere else

I was given a noisy location. I was advised to be transferred next day but they never did.
bed is super low, room location is next to elevator, no amenities available other than toothbrush and soap.
