stayed 8 nights and enjoyed my stay very much ,i would stay here again

room was big enough comfy and clean the staff where very helpful polite and professional the breakfast was ample and enough choice , very asian breakfast but that wasnt a problem people at the reception where also very helpful and polite ,porters and doormen where also outstanding

only problem i had was the distance to the nearest metro station ,which of course is not the hotels fault he he rest/ bar was closed early so no chance of a nightcap

Good value, always great stay

Staff are always excellent, courteous and willing to help. Room cleaning staff are particularly nice. Roof top pool and gym added benefit.

room was sufficiently sized. amenities were good with in-room refrigerator. wifi was also very good.

hot water maintenance was scheduled during our visit. we were not informed prior so we had no hot water for an evening.

I was surprised that after you asked for the credit card details while booking the hotel. The money was not deducted from the credit card and I had to pay while checking in. Maybe you can point this out more clearly going forward.

Exceptional

Great service,great location,excellent facilities. Best value for money hotel anywhere in the World I've ever been. Stayed here several times and never disappointed. Always look forward to my stay at St Giles Hotel Manila. Home from home.

In general a great place for what you need when travelling to multiple areas

Cheap, good quality and location, and the staff are great 👍

Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, due to the location near a red light district you can be annoyed by hawkers and other professionals seeking business.

Its a good hotel but you can find better for the same price in the same area.

Hotel is convently located. Staff is very welcoming. A small rooftop pool at the 35th floor. Standard rooms can be small for this price paid.

it was ok..nothing special

So slow on reception..Room so small.The bed just fit inside the walls.I accidently dropped a glass.simple accident..Charged me 250k at checkout..So overall pretty disappointing

Our requests were fulfilled by the staff and we had connecting rooms with a sweeping view of the city (and beyond). Great start for the new year!

Had to wait for one room to be ready more than usual, but the staff went up to deliver the key card.
