Excelente em tudo.

Maravilhoso o hotel, cama extremamente confortável, já estive em outros hotéis da rede e esse com certeza foi o mais confortável, tudo funciona bem em todo hotel, o chuveiro é Ok, limpeza dos quartos funciona muito bem, funcionários educados, prestativos e sempre solícitos. Fui positivamente surpreendida com recreação infantil, minhas filhas amaram em especial a tia Lua, fizeram "tererê" no cabelo, brincadeiras, jogamos vôlei, as piscinas super legais, café da manhã perfeito!!! Garçons super educados, minha filha ficou super feliz com o açaí que servem no buffet de café da manhã. A piscina tem acesso à praia, toalhas para praia e piscina bandas e dj na piscina a partir das 10horas. Voltaremos com certeza.

O WiFi não funciona tão bem nos quartos, a sauna não está inclusa nas diárias, mas não comprometeu a estadia. Gostaria de ressaltar que a iluminação do banheiro é um pouco aquém para maquiagem, ademais tudo maravilhoso!

Esperava bem mais de um hotel/spa

Da área de lazer e piscina, quarto amplo e confortável.

Café da manhã, localização e vendas ao hóspede que acaba de chegar no hotel cansado, no dia seguinte tive que passar uma manhã inteira com vendedores tentado me convencer a comprar cotas do hotel.

nice vacation spot, right by the beach.

the staff were incredible. everyone was so friendly and tried so hard to assist us since we did not speak the local language!

the rooms could have had a bit more detail when renovating. wires hanging out if sockets and clearly many shortcuts taken on things.

Nice place

The people in the hotel were very helpful. Our kid became ill and we had to stay 2 days extra. Our kid also loved the kids club every morning and afternoon.

The location is far from the centre of town that is much more alive...

The Hotel was ok and old, not bad comparing others in the same location.

The Pool, the breakfast, and view of the sea.

our room location had an old motor running outside without sound protection, and during the nights the noise was very disturbed to everyone in the room.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating and pleasant.

Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of variety. Fresh food.

Way overpriced for the service, room and amenities available.

My room flooded twice, once from the tub and then again from the next day from the A/C. The sheets and blankets were stained. Check in and service is extremely slow. Paid for ocean view with an out dated bathroom and tub. After my room flooded twice they did not offer even a coconut water or beer for the time we needed to wait while they fixed it. The hotel is located on the very end of the beach where nothing is happening. Paid way too much money for the experience we got when the Ritz is supposedly one of the best hotels is Maceio.

Our stay was good , but breakfast could have more daily assortment .

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, shower was amazing !

We stayed two nights and the breakfast was exactly the same during the whole trip . They could change the menu everyday . Also they give you like 6 different cars and it can really be a pain once we need different cards to access the room, order drinks at the bar or get towels . Last , the beach in front of the hotel is not appropriate for bathing . if I knew that in advance , we would have picked another location . SPA was decent .
