Very friendly staff; hotel has a nice pool and is perfectly located to visit and organize trips around the caves by boat South of Leuca.
Small safe, not digital, forgot to hand out safe key and had to spend money to send it back to hotel; staff helped as much as possible.

It is in a beautiful natural setting, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is excellent and in a beautiful garden.

Exceptionally clean and very helpful staff. Alessio at the outside bar was friendly and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Fantastic breakfast….fresh figs and lots of tasty seasonal fruits along with the usual fresh baked items.
Room was spacious and so quiet everything we needed was there and very comfortable bed.
Honestly there was nothing negative.

- i asked staff whether they can help me to make a reservation for a beach club. To my surprise they said that they are not connected with the beach club I wanted to go and could not assist me out of that reason. This never happened to me in any other hotel….
- bar at the pool was closed. We had to ask the reception if we could order something.
- lunch menu was very poor
