We loved the location. Wasn't too far to walk to Cavill Ave.
The smell in the building. Always smelt like eggs. The room wasn't clean,remote had friendly m e build up that it was horrible to use. Had to scrub it. Washing machine had heaps of sand in it. The sink was full of water on arrival.

Amazing property, location cant be better in gold coast , hot tub was amazing

Location was great and I enjoyed the side ocean view. The pool and spa were heated well.
The room was very tired and could do with update. The sliding door to balcony was jammed and very hard to open. The outdoor furniture was dirty and missing cushions. There was no mattress protector under sheet and extra blankets in cupboard were not clean so didn’t want to use them.
