Pleasant stay, nice location and facilities, some small quick fixes would have mnade it far better

View, Location were fantastic.

Beds very poor, pillows need changing, charging for extras like toilet rolls and garbage bags.

Overall we had a pleasant stay and found the location perfect.

We were looking for a specific view of the beach and location, and we found exactly what we were looking for.

The air conditioner had a timer that would constantly shut off and require a restart, which I found to be quite a nuisance. I can appreciate the apartment owner is trying to contain expenses, but this was an inconvenience. The TV battery remote had flat batteries, so I had to get new ones. Additionally, there were no batteries in the remote for the stereo. Lastly, the TV was not connected to an aerial, so we were unable to get free-to-air coverage or channels.

Fantastic stay just what the doctor ordered.

Prue was amazing receptionist made us feel real welcome and thanks for the awsome room loved the view it was amazing. It was nice seeing the sea views and city views also. Great being so close to the beach and the facilities at the hotel are great. Will definately be back.

Was quite pricey for our budget but did stay at peak time and had to book last minute. This would not of helped. We didn't have a folder in our room which would have been helpful re rubbish and cleaning etc got the information from a tenant as our rubbish did not get taken when room was serviced and as no booklet did not realise we had to dispose of it down the shoot and new bags were in bottom of bin. Also handy to know what in area and facilities the hotel had.

Well secured place

The view and it's location

When we enter the unit at first, it was a bit smelly can't figure it out what was it. We found cockroaches anywhere in the unit, there was a large size cockroach sitting where the cookwares are, there was in the bathroom, and kitchen bench a baby size. Our overall stay is fantastic, beautiful location and very secure.

Outdated overpriced air bnb (not a hotel)

Location was good and facility on premises

Air conditioning on a timer and could not use as kept turning off! Place was extremely outdated and furniture extremely old ! Apartment had bad paint work on walls and looked dirty! Tiles in bad condition in living etc! We was charged 300$ bond considering the room was in old and not cared for condition and probably never been painted since was built etc! We was also not told anything about the bond when we booked ! Staff was not very professional or welcoming and was told to upload my driver license and my details on there website etc that I have refused! Very expensive for what you got ! A bit of a rip off and definitely not going back! Carpark spot could not fit a normal size Ute and my car was sticking out like 1m due to som 1 placing a cabinet in car spot area! Definitely will not be returning to this place that I definitely could not consider a hotel!!!

Holiday fun

The space of the apartments. Balcony and view were awesome. Kitchen with everything you needed. Location was excellent, facilities excellent.

Unfortunately the curtains were in terrible condition and certainly didn't match the rest of the apartment which had all been refurbished. Mouldy,ripped and smelt. Left a/c on overnight to combat smell , but definitely need replacing. I did report this to Aquarius so hopefully they are now replaced.

A great stay and we will certainly book again when we come back to the Gold Coast next year.

Cleanliness, location, amazingly spacious apartment with awesome view and had everything we needed. Highly rated and great value for money.

Great room with amazing view and big space. Facilities were great also washing machine and dryer

Bathrooms could do with updating a bit to make the place even better . Like shower water pressure and just a revamp.

Was the best location on the Gold Coast and such a beautiful big apartment.

The view was magnificent and magical! Great location and so clean. We loved it, heaps of room and comfy beds. Great parking, easy check in. Right on the beach

Excellent!

The view was stunning, the balcony was great. We can see the sunrise from the balcony. The apartment is very close to the beach.

The wifi signal is weak in the room. One of the bedroom without light.

It was just what we needed for our family's needs for 2 nights.

The location was an easy 10 minutes to Surfers or Broadbeach. Loved the apartment views. Very spacious. Great to have 2 walk in showers as we were there with elderly parents

The main bathroom toilet made a mechanical sound all of the 1st night but that was rectified thankfully. Beds could use an update.

perfect location next to the beach, it had everything you could need for a great holiday away ,pity there was not a bar or restaurant, but a great place to stay, would stay there again my daughter and husband are going look at staying there next time they go up to Queensland.

Excellent location and comfy apartment with all amenities.

Apartment needs an update on some furniture and soft furnishings. Cleanliness could be a bit better. Needs a good deep clean especially dusting everywhere.
