I like the location and the breakfast.
Bed was comfortble.
2 bottles of 300ml of water, it's complimentary.
The is no mini bar in the room anymore. They used to have the minibar in the room.
It is handy having a small fridge in the room to cool drinks or store snacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 7 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed—special thanks to Luis at the front desk for his excellent service.
The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were attentive and helpful, making each morning a pleasant start to the day.
One of the best things about this place is its excellent location. It’s within walking distance to shops and a mall, and there are also bus and metro stations nearby, making it very easy to get around and explore the area.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location with great service.
I did have a discussion with a front desk staff member during my stay, which was not ideal, but it was handled and did not significantly affect my overall experience.

Clean, functional.
Breakfast terrace with a nice view
The « main » hostess was almost impolite: barely looking / speaking to us, totally ignoring the fact that we were not good Spanish speakers (speaking super fast making 0 effort to articulate, letting us making all the effort using google translate - while it would have been her job to try to welcome / advise us), and even yell (yes, really yell) at us for knowing when we would like the cleaning lady to come.
Whole experience was subpar, but these interactions were particularly unpleasant
