Location is exceptionally good, right in the heart of Chueca, perfect for LGBT tourism, and also 2 minutes away from Gran Via subway. Tons of options to eat nearby and convenience stores to make your visit to Madrid as smooth as possible. Staff was friendly and they allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel after check out until our flight late at night.
Building is old and could easily hear what other people talk about (or be heard).

Entrance and location initially off putting, but once inside it was fine. Well maintained.

The location was excellent
My room was near the desk and the staff were very noisy speaking to each other at the top of their voices.
I had to open my door and ask them to be quiet but they took no notice.
