Magicland in the heart of Heraklion

Neatly nestled on the third floor of a narrow building of Heraklion's best neighborhood, where literally everything is only a couple of minute walk, including restaurants, taverns, bar,s, confectionaries, supermarkets, convenience stores, and an always bustling market of fresh produces. It's also important that the apartment is surroubded by all the must-see sights in town. On top of it all, there is a barrage of rasonably priced restaurants (Greek and international in the vicinity). Even though it's not on ths waterfront, it is only a 10-minute leisurely walk. It's hard to find free parking by the house, but two car parks are open 24/7 (at the rate of 10 euros by the day and weekends are free). The apartment is simply a wonderland. It has the feel of your new home. My family and I spent there a week and consider ourselvea lucky to have been in the hands of Maria, the owner, who was always reachable and, most importantly, awaited us with an immaculately clean and fully-equipped home. Even though the apartment is in a busy area, it is on the third floor, which eventually makes is quiet. One large bedroom with a comfy bed and nice linens allowed us to sleep like log. It has a spacious living with a big dinner table and a kitchen with all mod cons (all new kitchen accessories are there). Having come with our 15-month-old boy, we especially appreciated the nicely arranged crib and the kids' corner full of toys (board games, cards, dominoes, cognitive games, and a lot more for older kids). The apartment is very brigh. Herakliom is super child-friendly with families being around with their stroller all day long (the terrain is not too even due to the hilly nature of the town, but curbs are always lowered to help children in strollers and the disabled).

very well organized and near all the attraction in the center Maria is very welcoming and available for any support The house is clean and you can all is needed for your staying

Getting to the apartment could be a problem. The center is vey busy and you can’t stop the car under the apartment except for a few minute. In any case nearby you can find a parking lot to leave the car

Great Stay and Super Location

The property is located in a prime location, it is just a few minutes walking distance from any facility downtown Heraklion. The apartment is well designed, spacious and 100 % equipped. The accommodation was very spacious for a family of 4 people , Kitchen is fully equipped, oven, washing machine / dryer all available…. hot water … AC , all is good. The owner did put a great effort to accommodate visitors and is extremely helpful to give us suggestions where to park our car, step by step instruction on how to locate the door keys, even the welcome surprise was amazing, fridge was full of water / juices and even Ouzo. Super happy that we stayed here

Brilliant stay in perfectly located apartment

Everything, the apartment is spacious, with good lighting, air con and all facilities as described. It is in the most ideal location right in the centre of Heraklion. The old harbour is literally a 10 minute walk down the street and there are numerous restaurants and shops all around. The host Maria was very friendly and helpful. I am glad I chose to stay here rather than a hotel as honestly the location just couldn’t be beaten. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

I really like this place. It is a big apartment, feels like home. Very clean, very nicely appointed, big comfy bed, blistering hot shower, and a kitchen that beckons home-cooked meals. It is well located in a pedestrianized street, very quiet, very close to supermarket, restaurants and Theseus Parking makes it easy for those with a car. An amazing value in Iraklio for 2 or a family of 4.

None, wish I stay in Iraklio longer.

It’s PERFECT

It was very clean and the housekeeper prepared the room so nicely. Juice, cookies and cretan products were available.

There is nothing negative to say. We loved it.

We loved the location. Maria was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious for our family 5. There was parking nearby and cost 10euros a day.
