The location was superb; the best spot to immerse yourself in Brač island. You can also take a nice walk to the village center of Bol. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of activity opportunities, from diving to parasailing. …name it, it is sure somewhere surrounding the hotel.
But the most important thing of all: the staff. They were customer-friendly, flexible, social, and helpful. They made our holiday feel truly special.
A message to management: it was clear the staff were struggling in long-sleeve shirts and trousers in that heat. It was insane! Come on, this is a holiday destination! It would be so easy to dress your team in something cosy and season-appropriate.

The guys and girls from reception just know how to make you feel good. No stress, no rude remarks even though we were travelling with 4 children and lots of baggage. Cleaning ladies very polite and professional.
What's there not to like? Best beach în the country, close to the beach, excelent promenade, great restaurant, not overpriced. We would have enjoyed an extra bathroom.

The reception staff and cleaning staff were so helpful and accommodating with our check in and check out which was so incredibly appreciated during a hectic travel schedule.
Would be great if the hotel offered some kind of discount on the beach. There is no private section of the beach for this hotel which is ok but if the hotel offered complimentary chairs and umbrella on the public beach it would be a lovely touch and benefit for guests.
