Overall we had a lovely stay. The restaurant's kitchen was excellent, offering a nice variety of food so that everyone could easily find something they liked. The staff were very hardworking, clearing tables and cleaning up quickly after each guest. The complex itself is beautiful, lots of greenery and very well kept. Our room was in the fifth pavilion, which was a little remote from the entrance, but the staff kindly offered us a golf cart to bring our luggage there.
On the downside, we had some issues with our booking. We booked the "Standard Double Room Plus Sea Side Balcony - Annex Building," which was more expensive than the pool view option. At reception, we were told that "sea side" doesn't actually mean a sea view, and we ended up in a pool view room anyway despite having paid more for the sea side option (apparently sea side and pool view it seems to be the same thing!). This feels like a bit of a trick, and our advice would be to just choose the cheapest room, since the naming doesn't reflect what you actually get.
We also expected a sofa in the room, as advertised, but there was only a chair no sofa. In addition, we had requested two single beds for myself and my son, but were given one queen bed instead. When we raised this at reception (indeed we did it later), we were told they had no record of our specific bed request and that this needs to be confirmed at check-in same as for sofa. Our advice to future guests: double-check exactly what you've booked directly at the reception when you check in, to avoid any surprises.

Clean and comfortable with a nice atmosphere, within walking distance of the town and great beach. Lovely food and pool area.
The air conditioning in the room wasn’t strong enough so the room was too warm. The poolside music was the same songs on repeat which became irritating after a couple of days.

Very close to a lovey beach and small port.
We booked a room with a sea view and we co not sea the sea as we were located on the ground floor.
