Big pool and great Waterpark! Nice breakfast. Clean areas
The room wasn't ready at 14:00, and the receptionist was rude when we asked about the delay. We also found ants on the floor and countertop. Pest control is urgently required.

We got upgraded to one of their sister resorts, Sun Palace Resort in Pernera, NOT Protaras.
Although we were a short stroll from Protaras what an amazing upgrade.
The Hotel is BRAND NEW and the facilities are fantastic.
The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
From the Front desk/Reception area to the Dining Restaurant, to the Pool Bars.
A huge Shout out to the Restaurant Manager Andreas, the staff there Rita, Penny and Anastasia who went out of there way to make you feel welcomed.
For an ALL inclusive resort you really can’t go wrong.

Everything was perfect! The food was delicious, and the water park, along with all the facilities, was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and always happy to serve us. From morning until night, there is entertainment for children, and my kids enjoyed it a lot.
A special thank you and congratulations to Mr. Nicos, the Manager, and Mr. Savvas, the Director. They were extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. Together, they do an excellent job, making the hotel a wonderful place for guests!!

Restaurants, pool and waterpark were very very good.
Room was old although it was slightly rennovated. Bath was very small, the sofa bed was uncomfortable for sleep, no tv working, old and very very small balcony. Balcony doors were very old, only my husband could open it
