Value for money & Perfect Location

- Excellent Location, close to Fig Tree Bay - Room was nice - Great breakfast & Value for Money - There's parking on premises - Friendly Staff - especially receptionists and cleaners

- Red lights are a bit meh - Sound-proofing in rooms is non-existent (ear plugs are required) - There's parking on premises - but you are not guaranteed to find a spot

Cleanliness.. bed changed every day..attentive staff...especially Maya Andrea and Antonis. Location is excellent.... We immediately booked again for October

Breakfast offering is good but generally only lukewarm needs to be hotter .... Minor criticism with sharp.edges round shower drain but otherwise enjoyed our stay

Kokkinos..what a gem.

The room was great. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and reception staff super helpful.

The cleaner only made the beds but did not take away dirty cups or replenish tea/milk. I like a cup of tea before bed. Had to go and ask.

Terrific hotel , location and atmosphere

The hotel is a small botique hotel in the main strip of Protaras, the staff is friendly , rooms are good and clean

Located in the middle of town, with a swimming pool and everything on your doorstep.

The staff were fantastic and it was in the middle of town.

It was a little on the pricey side for the actual standard. As it is on the main drag it is a bit noisy but it didn’t disturb us.

DISAPPOINTMENT!

-cleanliness was worth -friendly staff in the restaurant

-the bed was not comfortable at all -city noise from the bars & street -I asked for a double bed and it was two single beds pushed one from other - in the morning there is too much light in the room - also the red light in the balcony it was irritating -in the bathroom there was no door to close, and the water would come out -no slippers for 4star hotel -the behavior at the reception specifically the girl named "Vicky" she was very ironic and rude

Nice hotel in the center of Protaras

Beautiful reception area with cosy linen sofas in case you have to wait or if you want to relax in a cool and quiet environment. Clean and modern looking room with a balcony.

Not much to say there. I could not find the switch to turn off the light on the balcony. Luckily the blinds did a great job at keeping the room dark at night.

Our room was closed to the high street and there was a lot of noise until 1:30 a.m. This resulted to lack of relaxation. When we mentioned it to the reception the supervisor was surprised that we were placed in that room, since we had a baby, and was wondering weither we had mentioned the fact that we have a baby when we made the booking. As you can realise they are aware of the problem and they prefer to address that room to bachellors. We were given the chance to move to an upper level but at the same side of the building. We did not choose to change room because we went for two nights and it wasn't worth the inconvinience to change for a night. Especially since there was a high chance to have the same noise. At the check out the receptionist asked us about our experience, but as far as we started mentioning our complaint we were ignored and had a typical answer about the Central place of the hotel...

all in all is a good value for money.

we had a short, but nice stay at the hotel. the hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, only pastries were not fresh.
