Great value for money!

All the staff were brilliant. There was daily maid service and room was kept spotless. The whole site was spotlessly clean with work always going on in the outside areas. The manager of the pool bar/restaurant was very helpful with any queries I had. I had one of the 4 studios and it was large, comfortable, had front and rear balcony areas, free air con and wifi.

Really enjoyed staying at Flokkas, and would definitely return

Room was huge, very clean and comfortable

As a solo travelling woman, I would have liked to see security latches on the inside of the doors. Also could do with some drawers for storage, and an electrical outlet near to a mirror.

What a gem of a find!

Fabulous little place just off the main strip in a quiet area. Great hosts Yiannos and Angela full of information! Would go back again.

It's just ok

It was ok for one night

This place needs renovation. There is mold and rust, especially in the bathroom. It looks better in the pictures. There are rooms quieter than others, as some are next to a busy street. However, its was not very loud at night, probably as it's not high season yet

I would definitely return

very central, work being carried out ready to really open in April, what the builders and workmen and owner has achieved so far is good

There is a supermarket and a bus stop nearby. We had a great time and will be back again.

Looked after well, spacious apartment

The owner went out of their way to look after us, answering questions about buses and helping when we had trouble with a tour. The apartments are spacious, very clean, with generous bathroom products. The location is excellent, right near the 711 bus stop from comes from the Old Hospital stop in Larnaca. 12 mins walk from a Lidl.

Hot water can run out if you wash long hair so have quick showers in winter.

Perfect little apartment hotel close to centre resort

Walking distance to resort , lovely owner could not do enough for you, super comfy had everything you needed for a day and night stay

feel very welcoming, nice host, everything you need is there close to Lidl fairly close to the beach stretch

AC/heater didn’t seem to work… bathroom is a bit dated but it didn’t really bother me

Excellent place to stay!

Flokkas Apartments are in an excellent location close to the beach & main strip, but away from the noise. The air con is excellent & the apartment is cleaned every day. The pool area has plenty of sun beds with parasols & inflatables are allowed in the pool. The best part of all is Yiannos, Angela & their children who run the pool bar, their warm welcome & friendly nature really made the holiday special for us! They were helpful with everything! Excellent food served every day! We especially loved the BBQ every Sunday! We would never stay anywhere else. We highly recommend this place & we will return!

Great value for money. Basic, but clean, tidy and super location.

location was great space of apartment was good staff very friendly

Bathroom was dated as it had a bath and not a shower cubicle. dangerous climbing in/out to use.

the hotel and apartment was lovely but we could not use the pool it was very dirty and the resturant bar all closed up no sunbed out or umbrellas all still shut away

the facilities at flokkas were all closed we only had our apartment to use

New Years Eve Stay

Property was very clean and staff we helpful. We were there off season, but could very much see this being a lovely place for families during the summer season, or even people just wanting a base so they can go off and explore, but come back to a lovely, comfy bed and spacious apartment.
