Car park was a bit frustrating , but was also parks on street so was still no problem finding one

Excellent location for our needs being a short term stay. Close to the city, easy access to public transport, very friendly front of house staff and the rooms were clean & tidy. TVs in each room were a nice bonus. Excellent proximity to the mall and multiple eateries. Easy to heat the rooms up with great aircon! We would happily book & stay here again.
The sofas in the lounge were just a little bit uncomfortable to sit on. We didnt spend much time in the unit but they could use a bit of an upgrade.

Proximity to Westfield
TV wouldn't connect to internet in first unit. In second unit couldn't download free apps such as TVNZ on demand or ThreeNow.
Furniture very worn. Units generally tired
