the convenience was really good!
theres a certain smell when you first enter the room that makes it feel musty but apart from that was good.

the convenience of this place is always good, short walk to the mall and the main shops of riccarton rd.
getting my big suitcase up the stairs to the second level is always abit of an issue.

The unit met my needs. Bed, kitchen and bathroom. Heat pump I could control and doors opening to outside sitting area.
Bed was too firm for my comfort. Driving on Riccarton road at peak times was painful

Bed was comfortable.
Website information states all units have a Sky decoder with 50+ channels, a CD & DVD player, alarm clock, radiant heating system, complimentary basket of muffins. None of these were in the unit. No information about room eg: heating availability, alarm clock, SKY TV etc.
If these things were available, there was no information regarding them.
