The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, especially beds.
Conveniently located near shops, take away and restaurants.
Being able to watch Rugby games every night on Sky Sports was a bonus.
The room and parking space are a bit small.
But it wasn’t busy so we used two parking spaces.

Location within walking distance of university. Off street parking. Good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and two plate stove top.
We were in room 8. Low ceiling above toilet…tall people will definitely bump head.
Mattress too soft on both double and single bed in this room to our liking, and the single bed moved if you turned over in bed.
Traffic on busy Riccarton Rd can be heard at night.

We enjoyed our time. room was clean and spacious. suited our needs.
Parking was bad and stressful. Car spaces where small and very tight and constantly worried someone would hit your car.

Location
Quality of the shower was below average for a 3 bedroom apartment. The shower head was leaking. One of the beds was a splittable, but was not joined and the legs were missing. There were no sharp knives.
