Great location for what we needed.
Tasteful decor. Really nice little touches and well set up.
The shower over bath was a wee bit awkward

Rooms were modern, clean and there was plenty of room, they were comfortable to sit and relax in as well as sleep in.
Staff were helpful and polite and cleanliness was exceptional

Clearly an older property, but a nicely refurbished room. Decent shower and bathroom. The bed was enormous. Reasonably comfortable seating. Off-Street carparking was appreciated. Good location, close to town and Merivale area
We stayed three nights and didn't get any form of servicing of the room. No new towels. No rubbish removed. The booking.com advert said that room service was provided, but they must have missed the memo. Because of this, I would say that this place is only worth staying for one or maybe two nights.
